Mission
The Shop Foreman is responsible for maximizing billable hours, maintaining quality control on repairs and providing effective communication between technicians, advisors and customers.  

Pay:$25-$35 per hour plus production incentives

Job Duties:

+ Review dispatch schedule regularly:  ensure Service Technicians are producing billable work and adjust the work flow accordingly; monitor and act on daily production reports

+ Support Service Advisors so they can focus on selling and processing repair orders

+ Assist in reviewing repair orders for proper flat rate and ensure all complaints, cause and corrections are clear ...
