Overview

Amico is currently seeking a 310T licensed Shop Foreman to support our Cambridge area operations and projects.

The successful candidate will work in our Cambridge shop and will be responsible for repairs of the various construction equipment, vehicles, attachments, and support equipment in the Amico fleet.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, mentorship and training for apprentices and shop technicians
• Communicate daily with Shop Service Manager & Shop Coordinator to maintain repair & maintenance schedules and timely parts ordering
• Ensure work is being performed in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with Amico’s health and safety standards/policies
• Diagnose, repair and maintain equipment to ensure maximum uptime/productivity for the Amico Fleet as issues are reported by the field operations
