Hours - 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

**Job Description**

The Shop Helper supports daily manufacturing operations by assisting with inspections, basic quality checks, and general shop tasks. This role works closely with machine operators and other team members, gradually learning basic machine operation while helping keep the shop organized, efficient, and running smoothly.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist with inspections and perform basic quality checks on products and materials.
+ Support machine operators with setup, operation, and general production tasks as needed.
+ Provide general shop support in any area that needs help, including shipping, packing, basic operating, and material handling.
