Shopify & SOQ Management - Manage and maintain the Shopify website on a daily basis.
- Create, process, and track SOQs (Sales Order Quotations) through Shopify and related systems.
- Upload and update products, pricing, descriptions, variants, and inventory.
- Ensure all customer orders, quotations, and special requests are accurately processed.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams regarding SOQs and order fulfillment.
- Monitor order status and provide updates to customers when required.
- Optimize product pages and collections to improve sales performance.
- Identify and resolve website, inventory, or order-processing issues.
