**Job Summary**

The **Shop/Yard Manager** is responsible for managing yard and warehouse operations to ensure field crews receive the correct materials, tools, and equipment on time and in safe working condition. This role supports jobsite operations by coordinating material requests, maintaining inventory and equipment readiness, supporting fleet operations, and proactively resolving logistical or equipment issues that could impact projects.
