This role will be a member of the Integral Should Cost team. You will understand the correct cost of manufacturing a part and work to eliminate all unnecessary costs. You will work with the relevant internal teams to provide should cost analysis and reports, plus the provision of weekly status of pipeline, estimated and actual savings. You will be responsible of the analysis, and presenting the results to the internal customers and, if required, assist negotiations with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Be a costing expert for manufacturing technologies, such as Sheet metal, Fab & Machining, Composites, Electronic Manufacturing, Cable and Harness, among others.
• Develop Should Cost models, using costing software from aPriori, plus other cost modelling software.
• Prepare, generate and deliver costing reports for the costed parts/assemblies.
