We are hiring a skilled Shovel Operator with Ready‑Mix industry experience in the UAE to operate wheel loaders/shovels for handling aggregates and raw materials within batching plant operations. The operator will ensure efficient material loading, stockpile management, and safe equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate wheel loader/shovel safely and efficiently within the batching plant.
• Load aggregates and raw materials into batching plant bins and hoppers.
• Manage aggregate stockpiles and maintain material segregation.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance checks.
• Report equipment defects or maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure safe movement of materials within the plant premises.
