The Show Technology Team Leader is responsible for supervising daily maintenance activities and ensuring reliable operation of AVL systems within assigned rides and attractions.
This role provides direct technical leadership to senior technicians and technicians ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are executed safely efficiently and in accordance with departmental standards.
The Team Leader reports to the Show Technology - Assistant Manager and supports operational continuity at site level.
Supervise technicians and senior technicians during assigned shifts.
Allocate work orders and prioritize tasks based on operational requirements.
Monitor ride uptime and ensure timely response to technical issues.
