ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Set-up bar by collecting appropriate amounts of stock (. beer, wine, and supplies (. glassware, straws, accessories, for bar function.Breakdown bar by inventorying remaining product and return all leftover product and supplies to appropriate areas.Take beverage orders from guests, make them according to departmental standards, and deliver to guest in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.Input and ring-up charges for guest’s orders using the POS system. Create a check for each transaction, make and return any change as needed.Maintain proper and adequate set-up of all areas of bar on a daily basis including before, after, and during shift. Refill chemicals, hand soap containers, etc. Refill ice and beer bins, utilizing ice making machines.Listen and respond to guest inquiries...
