The Shuttle Driver is responsible for the safe transport of employees and guests to and from the Casino, including driving in parking lots, roads and area hotels. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicate in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner at all times. Maintain a professional work environment with supervisors and staff.2. Assist passengers as necessary and appropriate.3. Notify supervisor of mechanical or safety-related problems encountered on vehicles.4. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and re-fueling as needed.5.
