Position Overview

            Job Responsibilities  Supervise daily signage fabrication works and production activities 
Coordinate and monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion 
Ensure fabrication quality meets company and client requirements 
Manage and guide fabrication workers, welders, painters, installers 
Read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings 
Coordinate with project managers, designers, and production teams 
Monitor material usage and report and procure materials when necessary 
Ensure proper maintenance and safe usage of machinery and tools 
Conduct quality checks before delivery or installation 
Ensure workplace cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations 
Assist in troubleshooting fabrication or production issues 
Monitor project progress and provide updates to management
