Job Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, document, and optimize business processes using BPMN standards and Signavio or similar tools.
- Develop current and future state process models across people, process, information, and technology domains.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to capture processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
- Create business process hierarchies, value chains, organizational charts, and BPMN swimlane diagrams.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and process documentation for stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring stakeholder engagement.
