Job Summary

The Simulation Operations Technician assists in supporting the daily operations of the nursing simulation lab and task training room, ensuring a safe, realistic, and safety learning environment for ADN students. This role involves technical setup, maintenance, and operation of simulation equipment, as well as collaboration with faculty to deliver simulation-based education.
Job Duties


+ Prepares simulation labs and task training room for scheduled skill labs and scenarios including manikin setup/take down, task trainer setup/take down, props, supplies, and moulage.

+ Operates high, medium, and low-fidelity simulators during student sessions.

+ Assists faculty with scenario execution and debriefing support.

+ Maintains lab and storage cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety standards. Launder gowns and linens. Ensure safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
