Reporting directly to the Production Management team and collaborating closely with departments like the compositing team, you will act as the crucial link between artists, supervisors, and management. Responsibilities include tracking project documentation, maintaining shot lists, setting artist targets, organizing meetings, and taking detailed notes.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of coordination experience in 3D animation or VFX, is highly proficient in ShotGrid and Excel, and possesses strong communication and risk-mitigation skills to ensure deadlines are met seamlessly.
