Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end landside shipment execution—from planning and booking to delivery and order closure—using SAP TMS
  • Drive transport planning, optimisation, and proactive exception management to ensure reliable service delivery
  • Manage vendor and stakeholder coordination across internal teams, customers, and partners to ensure operational excellence
  • Ensure data accuracy, cost validation, and timely order closure to support billing and profitability
  • Build strong engagement with regional front office teams and contribute to overall operational improvements
