Job Summary
We have an opportunity for experienced senior nurses to join our Adult Community Team, based out of Fair Havens hospice, located near beautiful Priory Park. This service runs across 7 days, and there is a requirement for some bank holidays, evening, and weekend working. At present, this role does not involve any night working, however, candidates should be aware that there may be a requirement for this at some time in the future. Candidates would need to hold a UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle with valid business insurance. The shift pattern for these roles is 3 x 12.5 shifts per week.

Main duties of the job
You will support and manage our community team members during a shift to enable patients care needs are met, being responsible for assessing the needs of patients, implementing and evaluating the care plans provided.
