WTF Gyms (Witness The Fitness) is one of India's fastest-growing gym chains, aggressively expanding across Delhi NCR and beyond through gym acquisitions and new site launches. We are a high-energy, execution-first startup and we are scaling fast - 10 to 20 new gym sites launching in parallel at any given time. This is not a desk job. This is a field-intensive, high-ownership, build-it-from-scratch role for someone who thrives under pressure and loves seeing things come to life.

The Role

We are hiring a Site Activation Project Manager who will own the entire gym activation lifecycle - from the moment our acquisition team hands over a property to the moment the gym opens its doors to members. You will be the single point of accountability for every physical element of a gym coming to life, managing multiple sites simultaneously.
