Site Administrator

JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist site PIC on day-to-day construction administrative works.
• Support communication between the site team and the office.
• Handle all enquiries to site.
• Prepare reports related to site activities and project progress.
• Maintain comprehensive and organised records & databases.
• Any other duties may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least SPM certificate. Those with higher education background in relevant fields are encouraged to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
