Job Description
 
The position provides site contracting activities in support of assigned projects.
Develop investigator grant budgets according to protocol specifications and local requirements.
Populate and distribute clinical trial agreements, ancillary agreements and other documents to sites.
Negotiate clinical trial agreements and ancillary agreements within the scope of fallback legal language provided by inVentiv Legal or the Sponsor.

Key Requirement
1 year of experience in site contract negotiations
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to deliver quality documents in a timely manner
