Site Contracts Specialist

Site Contracts Specialist with experience in clinical trials, fluent in English, supporting multi‑country contractual activities for industry-sponsored clinical studies.

Job Responsibilities

• Administer all contract management processes, coordinating with protocol, informed consent, institution, investigator, vendor, consultant, and customer agreement documents at the project level.
• Lead (with supervision) multi‑country projects, negotiating and preparing contracts, budgets, and related documents.
• Support SSUL in agreeing on country‑template contracts and budgets, produce site‑specific contracts, and submit proposed contracts/budgets for sites.
• Negotiate site budgets and contracts through the Site Contracts Service Centre and SSUL with sponsors until issues are resolved.
