Education and/or Experience

Required

• 3+ years of technical experience, preferably in melt shop operations or refractory ceramics.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply inventory control processes and standards.
• Experience working in heavy industrial settings with strong adherence to safety practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of customers and cross‑functional teams.
• Self‑starter who works independently while contributing to team objectives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP/CRM systems.

Preferred

• Leadership or team coordination experience.
• Experience in melt shop operations, steel manufacturing, or refractory ceramics.
• SAP experience or familiarity with similar enterprise systems.
