Develop a strong understanding of the contract, drawings, phasing, and bid items to ensure work in the field aligns with requirements and identify conflicts
Act as the primary contact for field operations, subcontractors, and consultants
Coordinate daily work activities, lookaheads, and schedules with subcontractors and internal crews
Align work between trades to avoid conflicts and delays, and report progress against schedule
Track material quantities delivered to site (GBC, concrete, cement, ACP) and maintain supporting documentation
Measure and track labourer, production, and installed quantities, maintaining accurate trackers
Monitor equipment and workforce levels on site
Assist with pre-drafting RFIs and support communication between field and project teams
