POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Youth Director, the Site Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading after school programming while supervising the program staff. They are responsible for managing the functions of the program in accordance with the stated mission, goals, and policies established by the administrative staff, governing committees, and Board of Directors of the YMCA. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Maintains an open line of communication with the program director, staff, campers and parents to develop strong, positive relationships.
