Position Overview
Job description:
Technical Implementation: Set out the site, check levels and grades, and authorize technical drawings to ensure construction aligns with precise design specifications.
Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce rigorous health and safety protocols. Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality workmanship and material standards.
Project Coordination: Liaise with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Negotiate contracts and ensure necessary tools and materials are available when needed.
Reporting & Documentation: Draw up work schedules, track daily progress, maintain site diaries, and compile regular reports for stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve complex technical or design challenges as they arise on site
