Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and execute all electrical works at the solar plant site.
  
• Install and commission solar modules, string/DC cabling, and connectors.
  
• Manage AC cabling, HT/LT cable laying, and termination works.
  
• Supervise installation of BESS system, PCS, inverters, PCC/MCC panels, SCADA panels, and UPS systems.
  
• Oversee transformer installation, earthing pits, and surge protection systems.
  
• Ensure proper installation of string combiner boxes and junction boxes.
  
• Monitor cable routing, tagging, dressing, and conduit/HDPE pipe installations.
  
• Carry out testing of electrical equipment—IR test, continuity test, Hi-Pot (if required), earth resistance, etc.
  
• Maintain DPR, checklists, QA/QC records, and measurement sheets.
