The Plant Engineering Team Manager oversees Operations Engineering including, Process, Tooling, Maintenance, upgrades, new installations and innovation. _What you'll do..._

+ Responsible for all core engineering activities across the site (Windsor Engine Plant) and Essex Engine Plant).
+ Core areas including Process, Tooling, Capacity, Facilities, Maintenance and Innovation.
+ Managing the required resources for Operations support and program deliveries.
+ Coordination for all launch activities, including strategy and capacity planning.
+ Program planning and control and delivery, including metrics tracking, cost / Long Lead Funding, timing, issue resolution, PSW, ROC and all other program issues.
