Our client, a well-established high-end residential and commercial construction company operating throughout the Garden Route, is seeking to employ an experienced Site Foreman to join their team based in Knysna.
We are seeking a practical, hands-on construction leader who understands how to build, lead teams, maintain quality standards and drive programme delivery on site. This position will initially focus on site management and project execution. However, for the right candidate, there is significant long-term growth potential within the business.
Requirements
Minimum 3 - 5 years of practical construction experience
Strong background in residential construction, preferably high-end homes and bespoke projects
Proven ability to independently run a construction site with minimal supervision
Excellent understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and planning
