The Site HR Head serves as a member of the Singapore SLT and is responsible for the development and execution of all HR related activities at the Site, establishes HR strategies and drives solutions and services to the Site in support and alignment with business goals and objectives, manages all human resource activities such as employee engagement, recruiting, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance and talent management, organization development, compliance and employee communication in order to attract and retain strong talent and appropriately reward employees for performance that is very tailored to the Site specific needs.
