What will you do?
Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role:
Perform small construction tasks, trade requests and scheduling;Ensure the homes are ready for the trades as the home build schedule progresses;Maintain job sites and work environments accessible and safe at all times to prevent injuries and hazards for our trade partners and employees;Collect and dispose of construction waste and recycle materials where applicable;Perform paperwork or administration activities related to job sites in a timely manner; andEnsure compliance of building codes and our corporate safety program.
