The Site Lead functions as the on-site manager, overseeing the daily execution of access control and security operations at a designated secure government facility. This position provides direct leadership to access control officers and support staff, ensures adherence to Intelligence Community directives and serves as the primary liaison with government security officials. The Site Lead is responsible for maintaining operational readiness, managing workforce resources, and safeguarding mission continuity within a highly secure environment.
