An opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join the Team at Galliford Try.

Ideally, you will be based in or around the Northumberland area and will have the opportunity to travel across multiple sites/projects in the Region.

Site Management

Manage and coordinate all site activities, including labour, plant, staff, and equipment, to achieve project completion on time, within budget, and to specification.

Drive and monitor the construction programme proactively—anticipate risks, identify opportunities to accelerate, and implement corrective actions where needed.

Lead and manage site teams effectively, monitoring performance, developing skills, and fostering a positive working environment.

• Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively.
