The Modular Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and timely installation of modular buildings on site. This role involves coordinating subcontractors, managing site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining quality standards, and delivering projects within schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all on-site activities related to modular building installation.
Coordinate deliveries, cranage, and installation sequencing.
Supervise subcontractors and site personnel.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct daily site inspections and toolbox talks.
Monitor project progress against programme and report any delays.
