The Role Due to our continued growth, we are delighted to confirm we are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to be working within the Stoke and Chester areas. This is a permanent role and the core working days are Monday to Friday. The Customer This will be working within the Sanctuary Housing, Stoke and Chester contract, delivering Retrofit and Capital Works refurbishment programmes. Duties and Responsibilities Ensure safe, effective and timely delivery of the Retrofit/Construction and external refurbishment projects (e.g. EWI/External Wall Insulation, Cladding, Roofing, doors/windows).
