Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Lead and manage the overall logistics operations across construction projects. 
Oversee daily logistics operations, fleet deployment, manpower coordination, and operational planning to support smooth project execution. 
Manage fleet operations including cranes, lorries, vehicles, machinery, and equipment utilization. 
Coordinate with Project Managers, site teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure operational and logistics requirements are met. 
Supervise logistics staff, general workers, and operational manpower across multiple project sites. 
Monitor fleet maintenance, permits, insurance, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. 
Review operational performance, manpower deployment, resource utilization, and logistics costs.
