About the job Site Manager (Construction) Responsibilities
Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations projects and construction site operation, including planning and cost control
Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities and sub‑contractors on the project matters
Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors/sub‑cons on project related matters
Check drawings and raise technical queries to resolve the discrepancies between drawings and those arising during the project execution
Carry out in‑progress inspection and joint inspection to ensure that the works were executed to the required quality standard
Ensure safety & compliance of work on site
Update the project quality plan as and when appropriate
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
