Overall Objective:
Control of all day-to-day activities on civil engineering (plot works) schemes
Key Accountabilities:
Ensure full compliance with contractual requirements and Company Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Systems Assess the environmental impact and risks connected to projects Prepare and review risk assessments and method statements Ensure technical compliance and the safety of all operational activities Monitor progress against programme, take off and call off materials in advance of work Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, variation reports for the scheme Prepare detailed weekly lookahead programmes Schedule and manage resources to deliver site works Provide accurate records and measurement details to enable the Quantity Surveyor to prepare monthly valuations Support the planning, design and management of projects Man...
