Oversee and drive the delivery team in the successful delivery of a brand new $50M Retail complex coming to the Geelong region for a longstanding Tier 2 commercial builder.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the site is running to the adhered scope regarding timelines, budget, resourcing and quality
• Manage and coordinate relevant subcontractors
• Drive and enforce any OH&S measures and procedures
• Resolving any potential disputes that arise on site
