Site Manager – Offshore Wind Operations (Eyemouth NNG)

As Site Manager for the Eyemouth NNG offshore wind farm, you will oversee the safe and efficient operation of our offshore wind turbines, ensuring high performance, contractual compliance, and operational excellence. Your day will involve leading site teams, managing customer relationships, coordinating maintenance activities, monitoring turbine availability, and driving a strong Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) culture across all operations. You will work closely with internal departments, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve operational challenges while ensuring service delivery targets and commercial objectives are achieved.
