Job Summary Manage multiple reinforced concrete (RC) structural subcontract projects, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and cost objectives are met. Lead teams, coordinate resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive successful project delivery.
Responsibilities - Manage and oversee 6–8 RC Structural subcontract projects simultaneously to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Review and approve monthly work plans prepared by each Site Supervisor to align with project goals
- Monitor project progress and execute according to schedule to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Report monthly to Management on project progress, manpower deployment, cost performance, site issues, recovery plans, and project targets
