Qualification
Matric / Senior Certificate
Tertiary education is highly advantageous
Requirements
10+ years of mining experience
Non-Negotiable Requirements -Working knowledge and experience in drilling DTH systems with an understanding of drilling / rock tools / consumables
Experience managing teams of 15+ personnel
Strong understanding of DTH drilling
Knowledge of cost control and inventory management
Effective communications in writing and verbal reporting
Proven track record of managing large-scale contracts, SLA’s and commercial disputes
Administratively competent, able to analyse costing requirements and calculate costings, estimations, and draft quotes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Fluent in English and Afrikaans
