Job Description: Project Planning & Execution Develop and manage construction schedules to ensure timely completion of project milestones Plan and allocate resources including manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently Ensure compliance with contract requirements, technical specifications, and authority regulations (including LTA standards)
Site Coordination & Management Lead and supervise site construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and relevant stakeholders Identify and resolve site issues such as technical challenges, design conflicts, and delays
Safety & Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and site safety requirements Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate control measures Enforce safe work procedures and oversee incident reporting and investigations
