Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Head (HOD) in the coordination, supervision, and monitoring of progress for on-going projects.
• Ensure project quality of highest standards by meeting client’s expectations while satisfying relevant authority and regulatory compliances.
• Plan and manage all details of projects from inception to completion.
• Manage and supervise the project budget for all assigned projects; monitor and control project’s costs by taking proactive measures to prevent cost overruns.
• Ensure projects comply with safety policies, rules, and regulations.
• Identify potential construction-related issues or contractual disputes and implement appropriate solutions.
• Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors.
