Position Overview

Minimum Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role. Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Labour Law, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field. HR or IR certifications will be advantageous. Previous experience within the outsourced services industry (TES, contract cleaning, security, facilities management, catering, logistics, or similar). Strong HR and Industrial Relations knowledge with hands-on experience managing disciplinary processes, grievances, and labour-related matters. Experience managing large teams in a client-facing environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
