Up to £55,000 Plus Package

Our Client, a leading nationwide construction contractor are currently looking for an experienced site manager to join their planned works division.

Projects that are being delivered will are internal and external planned maintenance projects. They will be being delivered to tower blocks and scattered properties in Crawley and the surrounding areas.

On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:

Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives

Lead the site team to the best of your ability

Manage delivery of works to specification

Have several direct reports to manage including RLO's and office staff
