About the Role
This is a hybrid role combining site operations coordination with hands‑on customer service! Reporting to the Regional Site Operations lead you will be the day‑to‑day key point of contact - leading a team of four (2 Customer service reps and two warehouse team members) to ensure the site is running smoothly. You will be managing warehouse and logistics activities while also ensuring outstanding service to customers across the counter, phone, and email. It’s a key role in both the day‑to‑day operations and the overall customer experience.
We’re particularly looking for someone with previous supervisory or coordination experience who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in being proactive and solutions‑focused. No two days will be the same making this an ideal role if you enjoy variety and a challenge.
