Develops and maintains the plant’s IMS (integrated management system) in accordance with the Business Group, customers and international standards (ISO/TS, IATF…)
Maintains HSE within the IMS together with the HSE Engineer and Management.
Coordinates internal audit planning and internal audits (System, process, product).
Utilizes the Internal system audit NC tool (e‑Solve). Monitors and reports progress in NCN closure. Analyses the internal audit results at least annually as input to the management review process.
Supports the plant quality training process using Exterior & Lighting University approach.
