About the role

We're looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineering Lead to join our Tech Support Engineering team in Argentina.

As our SRE Lead, you'll drive the technical direction of production reliability, observability, and incident management across our platform. You'll work closely with Software Engineers, Product, and Platform teams to improve production stability, automate operational processes, and build a strong reliability culture.

What you'll do

• Lead the SRE culture across the company, driving down MTTD and MTTR.
• Lead reliability and observability initiatives across production systems.
• Define and continuously improve SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets to measure and enhance service reliability.
• Lead critical incident response, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
