Position Title: Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO)
Location: Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach
Project Duration: Approximately 4–6 months (anticipated start mid-May)
Compensation: $55-65/hr
Position Summary
The Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) is responsible for implementing and overseeing all safety and health requirements for a construction project at Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach. The SSHO will ensure full compliance with federal, state, and site-specific safety regulations, including EM 385-1-1, OSHA standards, and Navy/DoD safety requirements.
