Plan, organize and conduct or arrange training programs/seminars for Nutrien Ag Solutions (Canada) Inc. supervisors and employees regarding WHMIS, Fall Protection, Safety Orientation, Personal Protection Equipment, CPR/First Aid, industry specific issues and other occupational safety issues
Perform job site safety compliance inspections including hazard analysis, safe work procedures, written reports and recommendations
Monitor adherence to the company safety program by all Nutrien Ag Solutions (Canada) Inc. employees and subcontractors
Coordinate a Joint Health and Safety Committee for sites with 10 or more employees
Assist in the development and implementation of site-specific occupational safety programs
