Valid NIOSH, NEBOSH, SHO Certificate, or Degree/Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years' Oil & Gas EHS experience, including onshore and offshore projects, with at least 5 years as Site EHS supporting upstream operators or major EPCIC contractors during fabrication, T&I, and HUC phases.
Provide EHS leadership and onsite support, ensuring compliance with EHS requirements, procedures, Life Saving Rules, and effective contractor EHS management.
Review, implement, and monitor Project EHS Management Plans, safety procedures, risk assessments, electronic PTW, and JSA compliance.
Manage offshore campaign pre-mobilization activities, including onboarding, MTEC inspections, marine vessel pre-hire inspections, and DROPS inspections.
